I have been busy!

I have been working a lot this past month or so and I have also tried to squeeze some craftiness in too.  Here are the things I have made. A couple of them were made to sell, since I had a couple of people like them enough to buy one!  I love being creative!
I made this Christmas Tree out of scrolls. I can't wait until Christmas to display it!

I made this for a friend that had us over to her Super Bowl party and is also our Theater Coordinator! Going through FRIENDS, it says:  are kisses blown to us from angels. I love this when I saw it.

I just created this one. I saw the wording on Pinterest and I put one together using different fonts and I chose a different star at the top and a swirly at the bottom. I like to make things my own. I also added a couple more dots at the bottom of the tree.

I made this for a friend's step daughter. I hope she loves it.
This is the completed one for Bill and myself, but I am still not real happy with it. I think I need to trim the solid lines going through the V - they are too long.

I used the Chalkboard vinyl and made it for my fridge and cut out some letters in silver vinyl. I love this. I am using the chalk markers and they don't come off good! Not sure what to do about that.
I just made this one for a friend's best friend.  Through Best Friends it says: Listen to what you don't say
I hope you like these! I love them.

I Painted a Canvas

Ok - as you all know by know, I LOVE Pinterest and I get tons and I mean tons of ideas from there.  So, while on there, I found a painting that I just loved and pinned it and clicked through since she painted it from one she found she really liked and found one similar at World Market, but did her own take and it was so beautiful.  So, I just had to do it too!  I used my colors and didn't add as many dots, because I needed another color and at the moment, I am not sure what color that should be.  So, for now, it is staying as is. I may add more color later.

My new Obsession...Quatrefoil!!!

Well, if you don't know what Quatrefoil is, it is a pattern that I am so in love with. I want to stencil it on things, but I want to make my own stencil with my Cricut and I cannot find a cartridge to make it.  I am attaching photos of the design. There are actually variations of this pattern, but this is one of my favorites.

I love it!  I found on Pinterest (big surprise there!!!).

WOW - I have been busy!!!

Ok - I have several new pictures to share!  I have an new addition to my home:

Wait for it....wait for it....wait for it....

BAMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh my goodness, isn't she lovely!?!?!?!?  It is the Cricut Expression!  I just had to have her.  I love her.  She and I are starting to get along very well!

Here is the first thing big project I created with her, it is not finished, because I am out of vinyl, I need to add two names in the middle, Bill & Wendy will be in the center in silver with a white & sign.  I love this!
WOW, I am so excited.  Yes, it is a little crooked if you really stare hard at it, but I am proud.  Hopefully I will get really good at it and make these as Christmas gifts. I think anyone would like to have one of these with their own names of course.  Don't you?

Now, the first week school was back in, I pulled everything out of my kitchen pantry and I took all the shelves out and painted the pantry. I love it. It is just a neutral khaki color, same as my foyer.  Then, I took some MDF and had them cut it in two pieces at Home Depot and I painted them and layed them on my UGLY wire shelves. I was going to add moulding to make it really look nice, but the way my shelves are, makes it not so simple anymore. So, for now, I will just leave the MDF on the shelf.  I only have two of them done. I need to go buy the rest of the MDF and have them cut, paint them and lay them on the other shelves.  Perhaps I can do that this weekend?!?!?  Not sure.  But here is the before:

Yes, I know, very messy and yucky!  But, not anymore.  So, that brings me to my first project with my Cricut Machine.  I made labels and these jars and used a Chalk Pen to write on them, so I can change it if I want to.  Pretty cool if I say so myself!

So, what do you think?  I love it. I am still working on it, but for now, I am happy and it looks tons better than it did.

See, I told you I had been busy.
